TAG Recognition
The Tag or tarjeta is a kind of provisional document, used especially in North American entities, which contains only basic data of a given litter (father's name, mother's name, date of birth and race).
In this type of document, the family tree does not appear, and in order to issue the Pedigree with the complete genealogy, we need to have access to the parents' document, except in cases where the parents are already inserted in our system, where we can search for the offspring.
Regulation
1 – It is essential that the owner authorize the transfer to a new guardian, which can be done in the following ways:
1.1 – The owner signs the back of the TAG in the “Seller's Signature” field and fills in the new owner's data in the pedigree;
1.2 – An authorization must be sent by the owner to our e-mail comercial@ibcdogs.com.br containing the data of the dog to be transferred, data of the new owner, and photo of the identity of the current owner.
2 – Presentation of the complete family tree of the animal, therefore, it is necessary to present the documents of the parents, except in cases where the parents are registered in the IBC system.
3 – Confirmation of payment must occur within 7 calendar days of the application. After this deadline without confirmation of payment, the request for the service may be requested again;
4 – The preparation and posting of the document will only be initiated upon receipt of the proof of payment corresponding to the application. The deadline for delivering the document will be in accordance with the contracted transport company (Post Office, private carrier, local pick-up, etc.), which will be the customer's free choice, and therefore not the responsibility of IBC.
5 – If any document is sent incorrectly or incompletely, the deadline is extended to 10 working days after sending the missing documentation.
6 – The address filled in on the form must be the addressee for all documents from the required services.
7 – The information provided in the form is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
